Bid forms may be picked up at the County Treasurer's Office, Manitowoc County Courthouse, 1010 South 8th Street, Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54220, or will be sent in reply to inquiries if a self addressed stamped envelope accompanies such a request.  A 10% good faith deposit must accompany each bid.  The balance is payable within 30 days from the date of notification of approval of the bid or deposit is forfeited.  Deposits of successful bidders will be applied to the purchase price.  All others will be returned.

 

Sealed bids will be received at the County Treasurer's Office any time.  The above described parcels will be sold to the person offering the highest bid in excess of the appraised value, or the bid most advantageous to Manitowoc County.  Bids unaccompanied by a 10% good faith deposit will be rejected.  Bids for less than the appraised value will be rejected.  Manitowoc County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid most advantageous to Manitowoc County.
